We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with all parts, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Thereafter we will provide free return pick-up or you will need to ship the products back to us incase return pickup is unavailable in your area. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the risk of returning the goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend you use services like DTDC or Delhivery or Blue Dart. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods in original condition.

*In cases where reverse shipping (return pick-up) is not possible by our service provider due to any reason then the customer will be required to ship the product back to us in order for us to process their return. Cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Damages, issues and product warranty
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All products are covered under limited lifetime brand warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects like improper stitching, mismatched assembly & unaligned zippers etc. Wear & tear of the product is not covered under the brand warranty. Incase you’ve damaged the product/s due to wear & tear, feel free to contact us with photos/videos for assistance in finding a solution for your issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Fake or Fraudulent or Repeated Returns or Repeated Cancellations
At ETO Gears, we take returns seriously to ensure fairness and trust for all our customers. For this reason, we cannot accept items that are found to be counterfeit, tampered with, not originally purchased from ETO Gears, or used beyond reasonable trial. Such items will not be eligible for refund, replacement, or compensation. Please note, ETO Gears will not be able to send these items back or cover any costs related to their handling or storage, and will dispose of such products. The responsibility for such goods remains solely with the customer.
To maintain a fair return process, ETO Gears enforces a zero-tolerance policy for return-policy misuse. Repeated ordering and only returning of products (exceeding 4 orders/returns) or habitual order cancellations will be treated as misuse. Upon such identification, ETO Gears will immediately and indefinitely suspend all return privileges. Return pickup services will be withdrawn, and any future returns must be self-shipped at the customer’s cost and responsibility. Additionally, mandatory deductions will apply to all refunds linked to the customer—covering past, current, and any future returned orders. These deductions include payment gateway fees, courier charges, reverse logistics costs, and other operational or platform fees. Refunds for any new orders that are returned will also be adjusted to recover outstanding charges from previous returns. All deductions are final and non-negotiable. ETO Gears will also impose further account restrictions, including order refusal or any other measures deemed necessary to protect platform integrity.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
